The story
From one Goregaon office to 12,000+ Mumbai homes.
Before starting Living Maid Solution, Bulbul spent years watching families in Mumbai struggle with the same problem — hiring domestic help was informal, opaque and often unsafe. Freelance brokers disappeared after payment, verification was rarely done, and maids themselves were underpaid and undervalued.
In 2020, he set up a small office in Motilal Nagar, Goregaon (W), with a clear promise to both sides: families get verified, trained helpers with a replacement guarantee; helpers get respectful pay, on-time salaries and a real employer to stand behind them.
That founding principle — fair to families, fair to maids — is why Living Maid Solution grew almost entirely through referrals. Today, Bulbul leads a team of placement coordinators, verification officers and trainers serving Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane, while still personally reviewing escalations.
